“Today I took the COVID-19 vaccine, and I wish everyone safety and protection from this epidemic” His Highness the Amir said on his Instagram account.
Katara Hospitality is to establish 60 hotels by 2030
Katara hospitality currently has 42 hotels and more than 25,000 rooms
It has the highest number of rooms and revenue in the Middle East and North Africa region
Globally Katara Hospitality is ranked 25th in the number of rooms and 14th in terms of revenue
It was established in 1970 as Qatar National Hotels with only one hotel under its management
Now today’s COVID update.
In the last 24-hour period, active cases of COVID-19 have increased by 40, to 2,076.
8,893 COVID-19 tests were performed, and just 2.17% of those tested positive.
Of those testing positive 45 were travellers who are now in quarantine.
