Covid reports not needed for Flyers from 13 countries

Qatar Airways has said it no longer requires passengers to present a negative RT-PCR test report, when departing from 13 countries where this requirement was implemented previously.

You are no longer required to present a negative RT-PCR test report when departing from Armenia, Bangladesh, Brazil, India, Iran, Iraq, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, the Philippines, Russia, Sri Lanka and Tanzania. However please bear in mind that any government regulations imposed or required by the destination or transit country will continue to apply.

85,000 book for return to Qatar in March

As the monthly number of returning guests in March, is more than double the number who required quarantine in November, additional quarantine facilities are being made available says Discover Qatar.

Committee to review speed humps in residential areas

A committee comprising Traffic and Ashghal officials has been constituted to review requests and complaints about speed humps in residential areas. “There are unnecessary speed humps in many areas of the country that disrupt traffic. In the past speed humps were placed based on criteria that is no longer present in new roads, as new standards were introduced, and the speed humps were removed”. Said the Director of The Awareness and Information Department at the General Directorate of Traffic.
