Fahes to launch appointment system for vehicle inspection

Fahes, the operator of vehicle technical inspection centres for the renewal of road permits, has announced several measures to reduce crowds at its centres. The measures, which include the reopening of the Industrial Area technical centre and the introduction of an appointment system, have been announced following the recent crowding at the centres.

Over one million people now fully vaccinated in Qatar

More than 44% of the total population aged 16 years and above have received both doses of the vaccine. And 120,000 workers have been vaccinated as a priority in recent weeks, in readiness for the lifting of restrictions.

The Supreme Committee and Qatar Museums sign MoU to support delivery of Qatar 2022

The Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy and Qatar Museums have signed a memorandum of understanding in an effort to enhance the FIFA World Cup tournament experience in 2022. The MoU will see the Supreme Committee and Qatar Museums form a joint working group to support the delivery of various programmes, including exhibitions, digital collaborations, conferences and workshops.
