New Covid vaccination centre opens in the Industrial Area today

The industrial area facility becomes the 4th specialist COVID-19 vaccination centre in the country. With more than 120 vaccination stations, the centre will cater for people living and working in the Industrial Area and its surroundings. It will operate from 7am in the morning until 7pm in the evening six days a week, and will operate on a strict invite only basis. Vaccinations also continue in 27 health centres, the QNCC, and the drive through points at Lusail and Al Wakra.

Five hours work a day for civil servants during Ramadan

The official working hours during the holy month for civil servants will be 5 hours a day starting from 9am until 2pm.

RP non-renewal reports untrue says the Ministry of Interior

The Ministry of Interior has clarified that rumours regarding the non- renewal of residency permits for those above the age of 45 years old are not correct. “Please follow the official social media handles and stay away from rumours” the MoI tweeted yesterday.

Qatar’s weather today
