It’s Friday the 10th of April in Qatar. Here’s the QQ news brief.

The Peninsula reports that The Ministry of Public Health yesterday announced 166 new cases of COVID19, with 2,164 now under treatment.  28 recoveries brings a new total of 206 recovered to date. There were no new deaths.

Also in the Peninsula is an article headed ‘Work underway on plan to gradually open closed part of Industrial Area’

The Gulf Times write that The National Human Rights Committee have launched a new Hot Line

And they also have an article stating that ‘90% of Covid-19 cases in Qatar are mild’

Qatar Tribune lead with ‘Government will spare no effort to facilitate production of medical supplies’

And finally the Tribune reports that ‘Doha Municipality inspects 7,953 food establishments in 3 months’.
