US President Donald Trump has said similar US brokered deals were close between the Jewish state and five or six other nations.

Qatar has ruled out the establishing of diplomatic relations with Israel until the conflict with the Palestinians is resolved.

Qatar’s Assistant Minister of Foreign affairs Has said “we don’t think that normalisation was the core of this conflict and hence it can’t be the answer”.

Doha committed to Arab peace plan says Qatar’s envoy to the US

Qatar still backs an 18 year old Arab peace plan, that ties normalising relations with Israel, to putting an end to the Israeli occupation of Palestinian territory.

Qatar seeks investment opportunities with US

Qatar is seeking to explore new investment opportunities with the US including infrastructure projects.

110 new US universities have been approved for Qatari student scholarships. As Qatar and the US expand ties in culture and education.

Of those being tested,  5 in 100 people are testing positive.
