The Gulf Times, Qatar Tribune and The Peninsula all cover the Cabinet’s decision yesterday to continue the precautionary measures to help combat COVID-19. Although I didn’t see a mention of duration in any of the articles.

Staying with the Peninsula – Qatar Airways which is still operating to around 30 destinations at the moment. Say they are going to increase that number to 50 destinations by the end of May. And will have resumed flights to 80 countries by the end of June.

Five private medical centers have been closed for violating the decision to suspend non-emergency health services.

And there are now over 2,000 recovered cases of COVID-19 in Qatar, and one of them if believed to be Qatar’s oldest patients to do so. Yesterday saw the discharge of an 85 year old Qatari lady. From the Communicable Disease Center.

And finally

The Ministry of Public Health Tweet on COVID-19, 830 new cases, 146 Recoveries and no new additional deaths.
