The Gulf Times say you can no longer pickup food orders from restaurants and cafes. The Ministry of Commerce and Industry announced yesterday that Take Away food orders will cease. Meaning that home delivery is now the only option for food and beverage companies.

However licensed kiosks, such as restaurants and cafes located in tourist areas, sports clubs, Lusail City and the Pearl, among others. Will remain closed until further notice.
