Greece exempts Qataris from quarantine
Greece has included Qatar among the green list countries whose citizens are allowed to enter Greece and are exempted from quarantine due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
17,000 passengers travelled through Abu Samra border crossing during Eid
A total of 6,300 vehicles crossed the border during Eid Al Fitr, but truck drivers coming from Saudi Arabia needed to produce a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours, and foreign trucks returned to Saudi Arabia after unloading their cargo at the border port.
Qatar Museums to renovate the Museum of Islamic Art
The renovation work, to be launched soon, includes the gallery’s and interior spaces of the MIA building, which consists of two stories for permanent exhibition halls, two temporary exhibition halls, a private exhibition Hall, a lecture Hall, and a gift shop.
