Fully vaccinated residents exempt from quarantine

14 days after your second vaccine dose you are eligible to travel and not have to go into quarantine when you return. The exemption is valid for three months. But the exemption does not apply to people who were vaccinated in other countries.

Teachers and school staff to get COVID-19 vaccine as the Ministry of Public Health expands its campaign

Yesterday a further 386 were referred to prosecution for violating COVID-19 norms

337 for not wearing masks, 44 for exceeding the maximum number of four people allowed in a car, 2 for not abiding by the safe distance rule and three for not installing the Ehteraz app on their phone.

Weather

The Met Office have put out a warning that there is expected to be strong winds today. Generally, the weather will be partly cloudy with moderate temperatures and a chance of some rain.

Doha will see temperatures between 18 and 22 degrees. Today’s lowest temperature will be in Abu Samra which will see temperatures as low as 16 degrees.
