One Meal a Day 1st Update

After 8 weeks of intermittent fasting, I’m filing my first report on my progress.

I started with a combination of 16-hour and 24-hour fasting periods, and then just switched to 1 meal a day with a 2-hour eating period. This is working for me. But yes, I’m very hungry for most of the day.

My weight has dropped from 130.5kg to 124.5kg a reduction of 6kg. And my resting heart rate has reduced from 65 BPM to 56 BPM.

I’ll report back in a further couple of weeks’ time to let you know how I’m doing.
