Intermittent Fasting Improves Resting Heart Rate

After 8 weeks of intermittent fasting my weight is down from 130.5kg to 124.5kg that’s a reduction of 6kg. Although there doesn’t seem to be any visible signs of the weight loss so far 😒

But as a bonus my resting heart rate has improved from 65 beats per minute to 56 beats per minute.
