Gyms to operate at only 30% capacity, down from the previous 50%  

In addition, gym clients and staff are now required to wear face masks at all times while inside the gym. Employees and clients are required to maintain a social distance of not less than three metres. And group exercises are no longer allowed. Gyms must also close change rooms and toilets.
